Small Group Training
For those who do not like to train alone, we organize a small group training (SGT) under the guidance of one of our therapists.
By working with a combination of functional strength and cardio exercises, you will not only become stronger and fitter, but you will also significantly reduce the risk of physical complaints such as back or neck pain, knee problems, etc.
This group session is accessible to all levels. You can always perform the exercises at your own pace and level. This also makes it possible to participate in this SGT even if you already have physical complaints. Please always inform the supervising therapist so they can take this into account.
During this SGT, we focus on the entire body, also known as a Total Body Workout. We work on:
- Power of the arms
- Leg strength
- Core stability
- Balance
- Inter- and intramuscular coordination

- By working the entire body and not focusing on individual muscle groups, your body remains better balanced.

Practical information
- There are three training sessions planned:
- Tuesday from 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM
- Thursday from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM
- Thursday from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Because we have a limited number of training sessions, you're expected to choose just one. You're not supposed to alternate between two sessions.
- The group is limited to 8 people.
- You pay €15.00 per session (available for purchase per 12-session series = €180.00). After 12 lessons, a new series will begin. Participants from the previous series will always have priority for the new series.
- Lesson series 1: start of the school year until the Christmas holidays
- Lesson series 2: January until the Easter holidays
- Lesson series 3: from Easter holidays to summer holidays
